Goal: Generate awareness for a new JRPG title simultaneously releasing in Japan and global markets. Introduce the IP to JRPG and anime fans to build a following.

Marketing Activation
Goal: Generate awareness for Sheik Needle’s custom embroidery work by sending Ludwig’s podcast, The Yard, a hat.
Results:
Slime wore the hat on an episode of the podcast with almost 500k views and it became a topic of conversation.
The episode also featured Michelle Khare.

Sheik Needle twitter account grew 600% in followers over the next month, and drove over 300% increase in custom orders and 400% in sales.

Goal: Showcase the lifestyle side of the Sheik Needle brand, positioning it at the intersection of video games, anime, and hip-hop.
Results:
Content produced from stream, videos, and reactions surpassed 3M+ views on a single video with others pulling in over 1.5M.
Consistent content output across platforms contributed to measurable follower growth outside of his Twitch base.

Developed a repeatable production pipeline from long-form and stream capture, to edit, to platform-optimized publishing.

Goal: Transform raw stream footage and long-form videos into a short-form content engine to grow Jax's audience beyond Twitch and build presence on TikTok, Reels, and YouTube Shorts.
Results:
The Instagram account gained 12k followers over the last year, more than doubling its audience.
The jump in audience increased custom orders by over 150% and Stupid Smash Hats orders by 200%.

Goal: Build awareness and wishlist momentum for an indie title without any paid media. Establish an organic community foundation ahead of launch.
